Try the following to fix your BT TV box if it’s slow or keeps freezing:
- Restart your TV box
Switch off at the mains and wait 10 seconds before switching it back on.
- Make sure the TV box software is up to date. To check this:
- Press the Home button, then go to Settings and select Information & Reset.
- Select Software Information.
- Select Update Software.
- Check your broadband is connected and working properly.
- If none of that works, try a full reset.
Be aware that any recordings on your TV Box Pro will be deleted. Other settings will be deleted on both the Pro and Edge boxes.
