Want a free trial first?
If you'd like to try NOW before signing up for a full month, you may be eligible for a seven-day free trial with the following membership options:
- NOW Entertainment
- NOW Cinema
- NOW Boost
Eligible customers can take out multiple seven-day free trials at the same time.
You're eligible for a free trial of any NOW Membership you haven't tried before. If you already have access to a particular NOW Membership as part of your BT TV package, you won't be eligible for a free trial of that membership.
At the end of your free trial, the membership will renew automatically and you'll be charged for a full month. You can cancel before the end of the trial by contacting us.
Free trials will be available to select as add-ons when you place an order or log in to My BT. You won't need to apply a voucher code.
Already have a NOW Membership?
If you're already a NOW member, you can transfer your membership to your BT TV account using the same email address linked to your NOW account.
We'll verify your account and add the membership to your BT TV bill. If you've already paid for a membership that's included in your package, NOW will automatically issue a refund for any remaining credit.
Link your NOW Membership to BT TV
Once you've linked your NOW Membership to BT TV, whether it's included as part of your plan or added as a monthly rolling subscription, it'll appear on your BT bill. This makes your services easier to manage.
Remember to use the same email address associated with your existing NOW account when linking your membership.
We strongly recommend linking your NOW Membership to BT TV. If you don't link them, you could be billed twice.
Linking your membership also means you can watch NOW through the TV Guide on a recordable BT TV box, where you can pause, record and rewind your favourite shows.

Managing your NOW Membership and billing
Where does NOW appear on my BT bill?
Once you've linked your NOW and BT TV accounts, your NOW Membership will appear under the BT TV section of your BT bill. This applies whether the membership is included in your package or added as a monthly rolling subscription.
You may notice that the dates are slightly different from your other BT products. This depends on when you placed your order.
If you take a monthly rolling NOW add-on, you'll be billed from the day you order it. The add-on will renew automatically every 30 days, but you can switch it off at any time during this period.
Once you've switched it off, the charges will stop at the next renewal date and the content will no longer be available.
Can I watch NOW in HD?
To watch available NOW channels in HD, you'll need a monthly rolling HD add-on.
You'll be able to watch available NOW live channels and any catch-up content included in your package in HD.
The HD add-on is a monthly rolling subscription, so you can cancel it at any time.

As a BT Broadband customer, you have access to BT Parental Controls. These let you set content filter levels and choose when the filters are active.
When watching NOW on your BT TV box, you can set a Parental Control PIN. This restricts access to programmes with certain age ratings and recordings made during the watershed.
