As an EE TV customer, you have more viewing choices than ever with NOW.
NOW is available via a monthly membership, which you can add or remove at any time.
You can watch NOW:
- on your EE TV box where you can record and pause your favourite shows
- on smartphones, tablets or gaming consoles via the NOW app.
Get general information about managing your BT account
Managing your NOW Membership on your EE TV package
NOW is available via a monthly membership. You can add or remove your membership at any time by:
- logging in to My BT, or
- if you're an EE broadband customer with EE TV, logging in to the My EE App, or
- calling us on 0800 956 6000.
Cancelling NOW Membership
Your NOW Membership will automatically renew each month. If you don’t want this, you can cancel:
- online in My BT or
- by calling us on 0800 956 6000.
Any changes you make will take effect at the end of the 30-day billing period. After cancelling, you can keep watching until the end of that period. No refunds are given.
Managing your NOW devices
The NOW app is works on hundreds of devices, including smartphones, tablets, Smart TVs and games consoles.
You can:
- install the NOW app on multiple devices,
- register up to 6 at a time.
You can watch on:
- 2 devices at the same time - as standard
- up to 3 devices - at the same time id you have NOW Boost or the HD add-on
If you're watching on an EE TV box, and want to watch via the NOW app, you'll need to leave the NOW channels first. You can then return to watching on your EE TV box.
If you're watching on two EE TV boxes, you can start them in any order.
You can see which devices are registered in My BT.
Adding or removing devices
If you've reached the maximum number of registered devices, you can remove one or more in My BT.
You can make up to three device changes per month.
Renaming devices
If NOW is installed on two similar devices (for example, two smartphones of the same model) it can be hard to tell them apart. You can rename your devices in My BT to make them easier to identify.

You can reset your login details on the NOW website:
Changing your NOW email address
To change the email address linked to your NOW membership, contact Now directly:
- visit the My Account page or
- using NOW's live chat
Moving home
If you move home, you’ll be able to continue watching NOW on your devices using the app. Once your broadband and EE TV are set up, you’ll be able to watch NOW on your EE TV box again.
Cancelling EE TV
If you cancel your EE TV package:
- any NOW shows included in your plan will stop on the day your EE TV contract ends
- any NOW passes you have will be available to watch until your next renewal date
