To watch ITV channels on BT TV, you'll first need to sign in to the ITVX app. It only takes a few steps.
Find the ITVX app on BT TV
You can find the ITVX app in the apps rail and apps page on your TV Box Pro or TV Box Edge.
You can also find ITV content using BT TV search.
Watch ITV channels
First, you'll need to sign in to the ITVX app:
- During setup, select Sign in to ITVX.
- Or, if you're watching an ITV channel for the first time, select Sign in.
- Choose whether to accept tracking for a personalised experience.
- When the ITVX app opens, accept the ITVX privacy policy by selecting Got It.
- Choose whether you'd like to allow tracking across other apps and websites.
- Choose whether to allow ITVX to use your location. You can enter your postcode or skip this step, but some programmes may not be available if you skip it.
- Select Sign in to ITVX. If you don't have an account, select Register.
- Once you've signed in, ITVX will ask to open BT TV.
- Select Open to start watching ITV channels.
