What is a BT ID?
A BT ID is like your digital passport, giving you access to all your BT services and apps online. The BT ID is a username (usually your email address) and password.
Do I have a BT ID?
You will have created a BT ID when you placed your order with us, but you might still need to activate it. Check your emails for an activation link and follow the instructions. If you've already set-up a password, you should be able to access your online services. Log in with your email address and password using the link below.
