Downloading the app
Just search for "My BT" on your device's app store. You can also find links on our About My BT App page.
If you can't find the app, your device might just need a software update.
Logging in and using the app
Log in to the app with your BT ID and password. You'll also be asked to set up a 4-digit PIN for quick access.
You can also use touch ID or fingerprint login if your device supports it.
- Don’t have a BT ID? Create one with your email address and account number (on your latest bill).
- Don't have a bill? We can send you your account number by post.
- Forgot your BT ID details? Go to I’ve forgotten My BT login details (BT ID).
- Can't remember your PIN? Tap Forgot PIN on the login screen and follow the steps to reset it.
