Managing devices on your BT TV account

You can watch purchased and rented content on up to four registered devices using:

BT TV app
BT TV Web Player
Chromecast

A device will automatically be registered when you log in and watch BT TV Store content on it, excluding TV boxes.

Once you've reached your limit, you'll have to wait 30 days before swapping a device.

How to view and manage your devices

View and manage your devices:

In the BT TV app
Via Settings in the BT TV Web Player

Your devices will be listed by name and icon, showing which platform each belongs to. This makes it easy to recognise your registered devices.

If you want to replace a registered device, go to Manage Devices in the BT TV app or Web Player. If you've already reached the maximum number of registered devices, you'll need to wait 30 days before replacing one.

Excludes the BT TV app on TV boxes.
