Your computer shows two connections
This is normal.
Your computer may connect using:
- The dongle, or
- The internal wireless adapter.
Only one connection will be active.
You’re not connected to Wi-Fi
- Check the dongle is plugged in.
- Make sure your internal wireless adapter is on, or:
Plug the dongle back in, or
Turn Wi-Fi back on.
Slow speeds or unstable connection
- Move closer to your Hub.
- Check the connection speed in the network settings.
- Speeds above 130Mbps usually mean dual-channel mode is active.
Manage your connection
Should you turn off your internal Wi-Fi?
Optional, but can:
- Save power.
- Avoid confusion.

- 2.4GHz – better range.

If you can’t fix the problem
