Trouble using mobile data abroad

When you join BT Mobile, we send texts to help you set up your device. If you don’t follow the instructions, you might have trouble using mobile data abroad. Calls and texts should work as normal.

You might need to check and change your device settings. See: How do I manually set up my phone to work with BT Mobile?

There are also a few countries where data roaming doesn't work.
