You need to make a change to the Whole Home Wi-Fi advanced settings using a web browser:
- Make sure you are connected to your Whole Home Wi-Fi network.
- Enter http://mybtdevice.home in your internet browser address field.
- Enter your Admin password then click Login (Admin password is printed on your wireless settings card located on the back of your discs).
- Select Settings.
- Select Wireless.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to Compatibility Mode, change this to Enabled and click on Save.
- Log out of the advanced settings and connect your Xbox.
