When you change your package
You may need a new contract with a new minimum term. If you're taking a plan with new equipment, you may need to send back your current hub and TV box.

Cancelling or downgrading your plan
Cancelling or downgrading your plan before your contract ends may mean you have to pay an early termination fee. You'll also need to send back any equipment we've sent you if you cancel.

Our speed guarantee
If your speeds to your hub aren’t what we promised you, let us know, We’ll run checks to fix the problem and send out an engineer if needed. If we can’t do this within 30 days, you can choose to exit your contract without paying a charge for cancelling it early.
We only guarantee speeds to your hub. Problems between your hub and devices, outages, connection faults and home wiring issues outside of our control aren't covered by this guarantee.
