I get an error page when I try to log in to BT Wi-fi

This could be for a number of reasons:

Check that you typed in your username and password correctly - they are case sensitive.
Help with usernames and passwords >
Check that you've got BT Wi-fi >
Check that your voucher hasn't expired if you've bought one
