Using an internet browser
You can download your files using a web browser. This can be done one at a time or several at once. If you download more than one file at a time, they'll automatically go into a zip file. In order to view and download your files:
- Go to BT Cloud
- Log in with your BT ID username and password
- Select what to download by using the tick box in the top corner of each file. You can view everything on BT Cloud in All My Files, or select specific types of content, such as music, photos or documents
- Select Download from the menu at the top of the page
- The download will begin by creating a zip file of all the selected files
- Click Save to save the Zip file to your computer
You may need a file extraction tool like WinZip to open and extract the files to a specific location on your computer.
Using the BT Cloud app on your PC, Mac or phone
You can use the BT Cloud app to download your files.
- Open the BT Cloud app and select the Download Icon
- Select the folder you want to download
- Select Download
You can only select one location at a time. If you want to download more locations, you’ll need to wait until the download has finished and then try again.
